STORY

To be 'In Your Feet' stems from a mindset I’ve tried to adopt in my own life. It’s about staying composed and focusing on what's controllable. Instead of worrying about circumstances beyond your control, the approach focuses on acting to make improvements.


In Your Feet was created while I was coaching teenagers in football, as I noticed many boys were missing some basic tools needed to thrive in life. I also observed that navigating today's world is challenging, with many barriers standing in the way of growth and improvement. 


In response, I created In Your Feet as a wellness and development platform. I now help others find their feet by equipping them with the tools to grow, reflect, and lead themselves.

WHAT WE DO

Having faced many of the challenges that come with growing up, I understand the value of positive guidance and mentorship. I draw on my own experiences, lessons, mistakes, and insights to help others navigate their journeys with greater confidence.

MENTORING

Over time, I work closely with young people to create an environment where they feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. The program is a commitment to personal development. 


Each session follows a formula I've created, centred around key pillars of growth and success. These pillars are explored through practical activities and meaningful conversations.

It's a process designed to not just teach life skills, but to embed them in a way that becomes part of who they are.

GROWTH THROUGH SPORT

We view sport more than just a game - It's powerful tool for personal development. 


Through coaching junior teams, we use sport as a foundation to build confidence, leadership, respect and discipline. These values are built into our sessions, ensuring what's learnt at training carries over to everyday life.

PRESENTATIONS

Knowledge is the first step towards positive change.

Our goal is to equip people with the right tools to make healthy, informed decisions.


Through engaging group workshops and presentations on a range of topics, we work with schools, sports clubs, and communities to deliver sessions that create lasting, positive impact.
